I wanted to say it's been awhile since I wanted to post this review. I worked with Tony and his crew awhile back and all I have to say is.......fantastic. I had my entire house painted inside top to bottom. Tony and his team went above and beyond the scope of the work. They did an amazing job. I can't say enough about the work they provided. The house inside looks brand new. I will be hiring Tony and his team for future work.

We are first home buyer in New England and I am glad that we have their team to help us painting! They were very responsive in our request and sent us quote very quickly. The price was reasonable and they were very accommodating on the project timeline given short notice. Painters did nice job in painting, details in the outline, wires and shelves, and were respectful to our house to make sure all clean up, doors were locked. What I like about them they would show me sample in the beginning of how the paint color turned out in real wall in different spots of the house. This made sure that was the color scheme I wanted to go for. I did change my mind of the color scheme after looking sample and I was so happy how it turned out! Thank you!

Tony and his crew were phenomenal! We had them paint our family room with double height ceilings, two bathrooms, hallways/staircase, and kitchen with extremely tricky cabinets and ceiling wood beams. Despite it being a complicated job with lots of detail and patience required, his crew showed up day-in-and-day-out with a great attitude and got it done. We were extremely happy with the outcome, basically transforming the interior of our house, all for a very fair price. We’re looking forward to working with them again in the spring to paint the outside of our house next!

Excellent work painting the whole interior of our home; we couldn't be happier with the end result! The quote matched the final payment amount and was very competitive. Our home had some challenging colors to paint over as well as a lot of woodwork. The crew did high quality work, working around our furniture and us (which included us WFH, our nosey cat, and occasionally a toddler running around). We were extremely happy with the work each member of the team that worked at our house over the course of our project did, especially our main crew. I couldn't believe how easy they made it to complete the job with minimal disruption to our daily lives. We highly recommend New England Painting to any one in the area!

I highly recommend these guys. I had them paint the interior of the home in Amherst NH that we recently purchased. I received an amazing job. Tony was great to deal with from the start. I originally went with them because they offered a great price and were willing to fit me into their busy schedule. I was surprised at how great Tony was with communication throughout the project. Tony checked in continuously to assure our satisfaction with the crew and to work being done. He explained the schedule and expected completion. Everyone of the painters were professional and respectful. We added additional work that was needed after starting and the additional cost was very fair. We added all the trim and doors to be painted and everything looks amazing. I don’t usually do reviews but these guys are really good. I’m so happy I hired New England Painting to paint the exterior of our house. Tony was quick to come by to get me an estimate and the contract covered all of the details needed. I appreciated his communication. Mark and Chris did an amazing job. They did all of the necessary prep work - my house had a lot of old peeling paint so this was very important before the painting began. They made sure everything was painted well and even did a third coat where needed. They were professional, kind and cleaned everything up at the end of each day. The first time we have used New England Painting was 6 years ago to paint the interior walls of our house. The experience back then was great. Last Fall we decided to paint the exterior. We called Anthony and he provided a quote within 5 days. Althiughwe called 4 other companies, for some reason we only received three quotes. NE painting quote was lower than the other two received. Anthony set the expectations up front that they could not do the work until late Summer/early Spring. Taking into account our previous experience working with Anthony, we accepted his quote and timeframe and we are happy we did. Leading up to the actual work, he reached out to us to let us know where we were on his schedule. He kept us informed of any schedule changes and started when he said they would. The workers showed up on time and were professional. The house is now 100% complete and we could not be more satisfied with the result..

Last summer we began the process of getting estimates for painting our house. We received several estimates with a wide range of pricing and New England Painting, owned by Anthony Ward was by far the more competitive price. We chose New England painting and he was very open to the brand of paint we selected, Sherwin Williams and promised a top quality job. We waited to get worked into his schedule, but we did not make it in 2022. He is very busy! Tony reached out and told us we were at the top of the list for 2023. Unfortunately due to the extremely wet spring and summer the job did not begin until July. Tony was very responsive to our questions and always answered us promptly.When his two man crew (Mark and Chris) arrived they were very professional, explaining what they were going to do and how and were extremely thorough. More so than previous painting contractors we have hired. We have lots of plants and flowers around our house and they took great care to protect them while they were painting. They had to work in some pretty tough conditions, high humidity, heat and frequent rains. We were also impressed that when they were here they were never on their cell phones while working. They picked up at the end of each day, stored their equipment neatly and were very polite. It was a pleasure to have them work on our house.The house looks beautiful. Its over 35 years old and looks like new! We could not be more pleased. We would definitely recommend New England painting with a 5 star rating and we are now looking to them for quotes on refinishing our porch and deck.

It was a hard job- with the wallpaper removal. Needs to be done right or it’s a worse mess. I went with NE Painting because I found them through the BBB and they also listed wallpaper removal on their site. I didn’t trust “just any painter” for this job. I was not disappointed! The walls were done to perfection & new paint job has transformed the place.

Tony and his team did an excellent job painting the interior of our house. We specifically needed a painter who knew how to get rid of cigarette smell in the house. Unfortunately we originally hired another painter who said he knew how get rid of the of the cigarette smell but he completely botched the job. Tony came to evaluate the situation and immediately realized the other painter used the wrong primer. We then hired him to do the job. We are very happy we hired Tony and his team who did the job three times as fast and more importantly they did an excellent job. The house now looks great and the cigarette smell is gone. I would highly recommend him and his team for any painting job.

Owner understood a timeline that was important to us. The staff were very friendly and professional. I visited the progress almost daily and everything was covered and cleaned up after the end of the day. They showed up every day until the job was completed. Job was finished a week earlier than expected and it looks absolutely beautiful. This was a new house and every room and ceiling and molding was painted including a breezeway beautiful job. I will start by saying that I discovered NEP out of desperation. I had another paint company do some work in my home that was subpar at best. I called NEP and spoke to Tony and he was willing to answer all the questions I had regarding his competitors work. We spoke for about a half hour with nothing in it for him. He was simply offering his professional expertise at no benefit to his business. He offered to come out and look at the work performed and give me a quote for the repairs and painting that needed to be done. He came out quickly and emailed a quote quickly. The price was very fair for their quality of work. Matt was our project manager and he was also exceptional. He was very meticulous, clean and fast. The paint work is exceptional. Overall my experience with New England Painting was outstanding. I would be confident using them in the future as their work was professional and their customer service was friendly. Painted my entire steel commercial building on Rt3a in Bow NH. I was concerned about spraying and getting a blotchy finish and about how well the paint would adhere. Tony assured me it would come out uniform and with the proper steps (wash, prime, high end paint) that the paint would bond properly. Before the second coat was even dry we were receiving phone calls from our customers telling us how good the building looked. Panels look like factory paint. The painter that did the job was very detail oriented, efficient and friendly. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

My husband had submitted several inquiries on pricing to have our home painted and we received Tony's estimate within 24 hours, like the web site states, from when he came look at our house. His pricing is competitive, fully insured, and his contract outlines everything that is included in the price and according to what you specified you wanted done, so there is NO miscommunication or questions on what is entailed. His team members were clock-work every morning arriving at the house by 7:30. We were amazed at how neat and clean these guys are, no clutter, no trash, no paint splatter anywhere were to be found during and after they left for the day. In addition they were very careful with our shrubs as not to damage them with their ladders when painting the second story and peaks of the house. The job was a whole house exterior; staining the cedar shake & clapboard siding and painting the trim of a two story multi-dimensional house in the NH lake region. Tony responded immediately to my request for a quote with a very competitive bid. Matt and Ethan completed the project and being retired, I was around to witness their work. The two coats of stain were applied using an airless spray system and back brushed and the trim was hand painted – I did not find any evidence of paint spills or drips and they identified and corrected the majority of the rework, which was minimal. I'v had issues with contractors so I was really up-front with my expectations with Tony when he came to quote my job. I liked him from the start, very honest and open. I had the estimate emailed that evening and they started a few days later, just what he said. Tony's staff, Matt, was respectful and did what he said he'd do, Arrive when he said he would, no waiting all morning. Start to finish, in the matter of a couple of days, our rooms where done! Tried to get a painting quote, dude was rude and demanded an address, didn’t have it on hand (buying a rental house and was driving so didn’t have it right with me) and had the dimensions instead. Said no and demanded and address, I said I didn’t have it with me and he said I can call him back when I have it and hung up on me, very rude and unprofessional would never consider this business again.Edit- yes, I run a very successful handyman business in Myrtle Beach, I was reaching out as I was again mentioned buying a house up there to rent out as I have family in the area can watch it for me and be a place I can stay at when I visit. Nothing wrong with trying to give a local business owner some business as I wound be up there do a while and don’t feel like painting while visiting family, and I believe in taking care of local businesses. And again was very unprofessional as you try to plaster me for conflict of interest as I explained to you on the phone and here my intentions. But also doesn’t excuse you telling me no, then hanging up on me before I can finish my sentence. But it’s fine I found another painter who is going to start when I close next week.Ps thanks for the share, if anyone moves down here and wants professional help, got handyman of the year myrtle beach on nextdoor neighbor 2022 and top handyman/contractor for horry county first quarter 2023.

We emailed for a quote on painting our home. They called stating that they were booking out a year away and that they would email when coming out. After about two weeks no email and all of a sudden someone shows up on a Saturday claiming to be from them to take pictures. When I asked for them to call their boss since they had no company identification they seemed put off by it, but obliged. I received an email stating that are not going to do the work but have no reason. I responded and the owner called the next day. When I was talking with him and he said that they did not get a good vibe and called me a “Dick” loud enough that a fellow employee could here him. I told him that I was going to post reviews and recommend that no one use him. I would give zero stars if it allowed me, but one is the minimum.

Waste of time and a whole painting season!I contacted this guy back in April to get an estimate on painting my house. He sent me a proposal and puts me on his "list". I know we had a wet summer so I reached out to him back in early August to get an update. After 3 emails with no response I had to call him to drag an update out of him. He emails me later that day that he's not sure if he could get to my job this year and I should keep my fingers crossed. I guess my job wasn't lucrative enough for him because here it is mid October and he's no where to be found. He should have told me back in April that he didn't want the job so I could have hired someone else. Now I have to wait till next spring to hire a PROFESSIONAL painter!
